كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Sa'b b. Jaththama رضي الله عنه : Il a dit au Prophète ﷺ : « Ô Messager d’Allah, nous tuons les enfants des polythéistes lors des attaques nocturnes. » Il répondit : « Ils font partie d’eux. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ، اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُصِيبُ فِي الْبَيَاتِ مِنْ ذَرَارِيِّ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَالَ " هُمْ مِنْهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It is narrated by Sa'b b. Jaththama that he said (to the Holy Prophet):Messenger of Allah, we kill the children of the polytheists during the night raids. He said: They are from them

معمر نے ہمیں زہری سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ بن عتبہ سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت صعب بن جثامہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے عرض کی : اے اللہ کے رسول! شب خون میں ہم مشرکین کی عورتوں اور بچوں کو نقصان پہنچا دیتے ہیں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا : وہ انہی میں سے ہیں
