كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Abu Barda Ansari : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Personne ne doit recevoir plus de dix coups de fouet, sauf dans le cas d’une peine légale (Hadd) parmi les peines fixées par Allah. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، قَالَ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ عِنْدَ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ إِذْ جَاءَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ فَحَدَّثَهُ فَأَقْبَلَ، عَلَيْنَا سُلَيْمَانُ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يُجْلَدُ أَحَدٌ فَوْقَ عَشَرَةِ أَسْوَاطٍ إِلاَّ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Barda Ansari reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:None should be given more than ten lashes, but in case of any Hadd out of the Huded of Allah

حضرت ابوبردہ انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا : " حدوداللہ میں سے کسی حد کے علاوہ کسی کو دس سے زیادہ کوڑے نہ مارے جائیں
