Rapporté par Ibn Omar رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah (que la paix soit sur lui) a coupé la main d’un voleur pour le vol d’un bouclier d’une valeur de trois dirhams

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَطَعَ سَارِقًا فِي مِجَنٍّ قِيمَتُهُ ثَلاَثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace upon him) cut off the hand of a thief (in case of the theft) of a shield the price of which was three dirhams

یحییٰ بن یحییٰ نے کہا : میں نے امام مالک کے سامنے قراءت کی ، انہوں نے نافع سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چور کا ہاتھ ایک ڈھال ( کی چوری ) میں کاٹا جس کی قیمت تین درہم تھی
