Rapporté par Aïsha رضي الله عنها : Elle a entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « La main du voleur ne peut être coupée que pour un quart de dinar ou plus. »

حَدَّثَنِي بِشْرُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ الْعَبْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ إِلاَّ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا " .
Traduction anglaise
A'isha reported that she heard Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:The hand of the thief may not be cut off but for a quarter of a dinar and upwards

عبدالعزیز بن محمد نے یزید بن عبداللہ بن ہاد سے ، انہوں نے ابوبکر بن محمد سے ، انہوں نے عمرہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا : " چوتھائی دینار یا اس سے زیادہ کے سوا چور کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا
