Hadith 4366 — Livre 28: The Book of Oaths, Muharibin, Qasas (Retaliation), and Diyat (Blood Money)
كتاب الأيمان والمحاربين والقصاص والديات
Rapporté par Imran b. Husain : Ya'la b. Munya ou Ibn Umayya s’est battu avec un homme, et l’un a mordu la main de l’autre. Celui-ci a essayé de retirer sa main de la bouche de l’autre, ce qui a fait tomber ses dents de devant. Ils portèrent leur différend devant le Messager d’Allah ﷺ, qui dit : « L’un de vous mord-il comme le fait un chameau ? Il n’y a donc pas de compensation pour cela. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ قَاتَلَ يَعْلَى ابْنُ مُنْيَةَ أَوِ ابْنُ أُمَيَّةَ رَجُلاً فَعَضَّ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَانْتَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فَمِهِ فَنَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ - وَقَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنِيَّتَيْهِ - فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَيَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ لاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Imran b. Husain reported:Ya'la b. Munya or Ibn Umayya fought with a person, and the one bit the hand of the other. And he tried to draw his hand from his mouth and thus his foreteeth ware pulled out. They referred their dispute to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ), whereupon he said: Does any one of you bite as the camel bites? So there is no blood-wit for it
Traduction en ourdou
محمد بن مثنیٰ اور ابن بشار نے کہا : ہمیں محمد بن جعفر نے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے قتادہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے زُرارہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : یعلیٰ بن مُنیہ یا ابن امیہ ایک آدمی سے لڑ پڑے تو ان میں سے ایک نے دوسرے ( کے ہاتھ ) میں دانت گاڑ دیے ، اس نے اس کے منہ سے اپنا ہاتھ کھینچا اور اس کا سامنے والا ایک دانت نکال دیا ۔ ۔ ابن مثنیٰ نے کہا : سامنے والے دو دانت ۔ ۔ پھر وہ دونوں جھگڑا لے کر نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس حاضر ہوئے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " کیا تم میں سے کوئی ( دوسرے کو ) اس طرح ( دانت ) کاٹتا ہے جیسے سانڈ کاٹتا ہے؟ اس کی کوئی دیت نہیں ہے
