Rapporté par Anas b. Malik : Un Juif tua une jeune fille avec une pierre pour ses bijoux en argent. Elle fut amenée devant le Messager d’Allah ﷺ alors qu’elle était encore en vie. Le Prophète ﷺ lui demanda : « Est-ce untel qui t’a tuée ? » Elle fit non de la tête. Il lui demanda une deuxième fois, et elle fit encore non de la tête. Il lui demanda une troisième fois, et elle fit oui de la tête. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ordonna alors qu’on lui écrase la tête entre deux pierres

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لاِبْنِ الْمُثَنَّى - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا، قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً عَلَى أَوْضَاحٍ لَهَا فَقَتَلَهَا بِحَجَرٍ - قَالَ - فَجِيءَ بِهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا " أَقَتَلَكِ فُلاَنٌ " . فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لاَ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا الثَّانِيَةَ فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لاَ ثُمَّ سَأَلَهَا الثَّالِثَةَ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ . وَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا فَقَتَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b. Malik reported that a Jew killed a girl with a stone for her silver ornaments. She was brought to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) when there was yet some life in her. He (the Holy Prophet) said to her:Has so and so killed you? She indicated with the nod of her head: No. He said for the second time, and she again said: No with the nod of her head. He asked for the third time, and she said: Yes with the nod of her head and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) commanded to crush his head between two stones

بن جعفر نے کہا : ہمیں شعبہ نے ہشام بن زید سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ ایک یہودی نے ایک لڑکی کو اس کے زیورات ( حاصل کرنے ) کی خاطر مار ڈالا ، اس نے اسے پتھر سے قتل کیا ، کہا : وہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس لائی گئی اور اس میں زندگی کی رمق موجود تھی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( ایک یہودی کا نام لیتے ہوئے ) اس سے پوچھا : " کیا تجھے فلاں نے مارا ہے؟ " اس نے اپنے سر سے نہیں کا اشارہ کیا ، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے دوسری بار ( دوسرا نام لیتے ہوئے ) پوچھا : تو اس نے اپنے سر سے نہیں کا اشارہ کیا ، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے ( تیسرا نام لیتے ہوئے ) تیسری بات پوچھا : تو اس نے کہا : ہاں ، اور اپنے سر سے اشارہ کیا ، اس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے ( ملوث یہودی کو اس کے قرار کے بعد ، حدیث : 4365 ) دو پتھروں کے درمیان قتل کروا دیا ۔
