Hadith 4272 — Livre 27: The Book of Oaths
كتاب الأيمان
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui fait un serment et trouve ensuite quelque chose de mieux doit expier son serment et faire ce qui est mieux. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي، صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا فَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَلْيَفْعَلْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:He who took an oath and then found another thing better than (this) should expiate for the oath (broken) by him and do (the better thing)

امام مالک نے سہیل بن ابی صالح سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جس نے کوئی قسم کھائی ، پھر اس کے بجائے کسی دوسرے کام کو اس سے بہتر خیال کیا تو وہ اپنی قسم کا کفارہ دے اور وہ کام کر لے
