Hadith 4196 — Livre 24: The Book of Gifts
كتاب الهبة
Rapporté par Jabir (b. 'Abdullah) (qu’Allah soit satisfait de lui) : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Gardez vos biens pour vous et ne les gaspillez pas, car celui qui fait un don à vie à quelqu’un, ce bien appartiendra à celui à qui il a été donné, qu’il vive ou qu’il meure, et il sera transmis à ses héritiers (comme héritage). »

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَمْسِكُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَكُمْ وَلاَ تُفْسِدُوهَا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ عُمْرَى فَهِيَ لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا حَيًّا وَمَيِّتًا وَلِعَقِبِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir (b. 'Abdullah) (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said:Keep your property to yourselves and do not squander it, for he who conferred a life grant upon another that property will belong to him upon whom it is conferred whether he lives or dies, and (would pass on) to his successors (as heritage)
Traduction en ourdou
نیز یحییٰ بن یحییٰ نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ۔ ۔ الفاظ انہی کے ہیں ۔ ۔ ہمیں ابوخثیمہ نے ابوزبیر سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " اپنے اموال اپنے پاس روکے رکھو اور انہیں خراب نہ کرو ، کیونکہ جس نے بطور عمریٰ کوئی چیز دی تو وہ اسی کی ہے جسے دی گئی ہے ، وہ زندہ ہو یا مروہ ، اور اس کے وارثوں کی ہے ۔ " ( یعنی جب اس کو اور اس کے وارثوں کو دی گئی یا غیر مؤقت دی گئی)
