Hadith 4183 — Livre 24: The Book of Gifts
كتاب الهبة
Rapporté par Nu'man b. Bashir : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lui a demandé : « As-tu d’autres fils que lui ? » Il répondit : « Oui. » Le Prophète ﷺ demanda : « As-tu donné un cadeau semblable à tous, comme tu l’as fait pour Nu'man ? » Il répondit : « Non. » Le Prophète ﷺ dit alors : « Je ne peux pas être témoin d’une injustice. »

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَلَكَ بَنُونَ سِوَاهُ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَكُلَّهُمْ أَعْطَيْتَ مِثْلَ هَذَا " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَلاَ أَشْهَدُ عَلَى جَوْرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Nu'man b. Bashir, reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had said:Have you, besides him, other sons? He said: Yes. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Have you given gifts to all of them like this (as you have given to Nu'man)? He said: No. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: I cannot bear witness to an injustice

اسماعیل نے ہمیں شعبی سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے حضرت نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " کیا اس کے سوا بھی تمہارے بیٹے ہیں؟ " انہوں نے کہا : جی ہاں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا : " کیا ان سب کو بھی تم نے اس جیسا عطیہ دیا ہے؟ " انہوں نے جواب دیا : نہیں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا : " تو میں ظلم پر گواہ نہیں بنتا
