كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui laisse des biens, ils reviennent à ses héritiers ; et celui qui laisse des enfants sans ressources, c’est à moi de m’occuper d’eux. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَدِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِلْوَرَثَةِ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلاًّ فَإِلَيْنَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:He who leaves property, that is for the inheritors; and he who leaves behind destitute children, then it is my responsibility (to look after them)

معاذ عنبری نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی : ہمیں شعبہ نے عدی سے حدیث بیان کی کہ انہوں نے ابوحازم سے سنا ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا : " جس نے مال چھوڑا وہ اس کے ورثاء کا ہے اور جس نے بوجھ ( بے سہارا اولاد ہو یا قرض ) چھوڑا وہ ہمارے ذمہ ہے
