Hadith 4159 — Livre 23: The Book of the Rules of Inheritance
كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Par Celui qui détient la vie de Muhammad dans Sa main, il n’y a aucun croyant sur terre envers qui je ne sois pas le plus proche de tous. Celui parmi vous qui meurt en laissant une dette, je suis là pour la payer, et celui qui laisse des enfants derrière lui, je suis là pour m’occuper d’eux. Et celui qui laisse des biens, ils reviennent à ses héritiers, qui qu’ils soient. »

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي وَرْقَاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ إِنْ عَلَى الأَرْضِ مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاَّ أَنَا أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِهِ فَأَيُّكُمْ مَا تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيَاعًا فَأَنَا مَوْلاَهُ وَأَيُّكُمْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَإِلَى الْعَصَبَةِ مَنْ كَانَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abn Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) having said this:By Him in Whose Hand is the life of Muhammad, there is no believer on the earth with whom I am not the nearest among all the people. He who amongst you (dies) and leaves a debt, I am there to pay it, and he who amongst you (dies) leaving behind children I am there to look after them. And he who amongst You leaves behind property, that is for the inheritor whoever he is

اعرج نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ نے فرمایا : " اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں محمد کی جان ہے! روئے زمین پر کوئی مومن نہیں مگر میں سب لوگوں کی نسبت اس کے زیادہ قریب ہوں ، تم میں سے جس نے بھی جو قرض یا اولاد چھوڑی ( جس کے ضائع ہونے کا ڈر ہے ) تو میں اس کا ذمہ دار ہوں اور جس نے مال چھوڑا وہ عصبہ ( قرابت دار جو کسی طرح بھی وارث بن سکتا ہو اس ) کا ہے ، وہ جو بھی ہو
