Rapporté par Ubaidullah b. Abu Yazid : Il a entendu Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه dire : Usama b. Zaid a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il peut y avoir de l’intérêt dans le crédit (quand le paiement n’est pas équivalent). »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَمْرٍو - قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ، اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ubaidullah b. Abu Yazid heard Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) as saying:Usama b. Zaid reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying: There can be an element of interest in credit (when the payment is not equal)

عبیداللہ بن ابی یزید سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، وہ کہہ رہے تھے : مجھے اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے خبر دی ، آپ نے فرمایا : " ( اگر جنسیں مختلف ہوں تو ) سود ادھار میں ہی ہے ۔
