كتاب المساقاة
Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a ordonné de tuer les chiens, sauf ceux dressés pour la chasse ou pour garder les troupeaux ou d’autres animaux domestiques. On a dit à Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهما qu’Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه parlait aussi du chien gardant les champs, et il répondit : « C’est parce qu’Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه possédait des terres. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ إِلاَّ كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ كَلْبَ غَنَمٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ . فَقِيلَ لاِبْنِ عُمَرَ إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ أَوْ كَلْبَ زَرْعٍ . فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِنَّ لأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ زَرْعًا
Traduction anglaise
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be, upon him) ordered the killing of dogs except the dog tamed for hunting, or watching of the herd of sheep or other domestic animals. It was said to Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) that Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) talks of (exception) about the dog for watching the field, whereupon he said:Since Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) possessed land
Traduction en ourdou
عمرو بن دینار نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے شکاری کتے ، بکریوں یا مویشیوں ( کی حفاظت ) کے کتے کے سوا ( باقی ) تمام کتوں کو مار ڈالنے کا حکم دیا ۔ حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا گیا : حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں : یا کھیت کی حفاظت کرنے والے کتے کے ۔ تو حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : بے شبہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا کھیت بھی ہے ۔
