Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Quand un homme devient insolvable et que le vendeur retrouve sa marchandise intacte chez lui, il a plus de droit de la récupérer que quiconque. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:When a man becomes insolvent (and the other) man (the seller) finds his commodity intact with him, he is more entitled to get it (than anyone else)
Traduction en ourdou
شعبہ نے ہمیں قتادہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہیں نے نضر بن انس سے ، انہوں نے بشیر بن نہیک سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ نے فرمایا : " جب کوئی آدمی مفلس ہو جائے اور کوئی آدمی ( اس کے پاس ) اپنا مال جوں کا توں پائے تو وہ اس کا زیادہ حق دار ہے
