Hadith 3969 — Livre 22: The Book of Musaqah
كتاب المساقاة
Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a rendu visite à Umm Mubashshir al-Ansariya dans son verger de palmiers-dattiers et lui a dit : « Qui a planté ces arbres ? Un musulman ou un non-musulman ? » Elle a répondu : « Un musulman, bien sûr. » Il a alors dit : « Chaque fois qu’un musulman plante ou cultive une terre, et que des gens, des animaux ou autre chose en mangent, cela devient une aumône pour lui. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ عَلَى أُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ الأَنْصَارِيَّةِ فِي نَخْلٍ لَهَا فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ غَرَسَ هَذَا النَّخْلَ أَمُسْلِمٌ أَمْ كَافِرٌ " . فَقَالَتْ بَلْ مُسْلِمٌ . فَقَالَ " لاَ يَغْرِسُ مُسْلِمٌ غَرْسًا وَلاَ يَزْرَعُ زَرْعًا فَيَأْكُلَ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ وَلاَ دَابَّةٌ وَلاَ شَىْءٌ إِلاَّ كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) visited Umm Mubashshir al-Ansariya at her orchard of date-palms and said to her:Who has planted these trees of dates-a Muslim or a non-Musim? She said: A Muslim, of course, whereupon he said: Never a Muslim plants, or cultivates a land, and it out of that men eat, or the animals eat, or anything else eats, but that becomes charity on his (planter's) behalf
Traduction en ourdou
لیث نے ہمیں ابوزبیر سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ام مبشر انصاریہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے ہاں ان کے نخلستان میں تشریف لے گئے تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا : " یہ کھجور کے درخت کس نے لگائے ہیں ، کسی مسلمان نے یا کافر نے؟ " انہوں نے عرض کی : بلکہ مسلمان نے ۔ تو آپ نے فرمایا : " جو مسلمان درخت لگاتا ہے یا کاشت کاری کرتا ہے ، پھر اس میں سے انسان ، چوپایہ یا کوئی بھی ( جانور ) کھاتا ہے تو وہ اس کے لیے صدقہ ہوتا ہے
