Hadith 3928 — Livre 21: The Book of Transactions
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Jabir b. Abdullah رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la location de terres. Bukair (un des rapporteurs) a dit : Nafi’ m’a rapporté qu’il a entendu Ibn Umar رضي الله عنهما dire : « Nous avions l’habitude de louer des terres, puis nous avons arrêté cette pratique après avoir entendu le hadith de Rafi’ b. Khadij. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ - أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ . قَالَ بُكَيْرٌ وَحَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ كُنَّا نُكْرِي أَرْضَنَا ثُمَّ تَرَكْنَا ذَلِكَ حِينَ سَمِعْنَا حَدِيثَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir b. `Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reportedthat Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had forbidden renting of land. Bukair (one of the narrators) said:Nafi` reported to me that he heard Ibn `Umar (Allah be pleased with them) saying: We usedto give land on rent; we then abandoned this practice when we heard the hadith of Rafi` b. Khadij
Traduction en ourdou
بکیر نے حدیث بیان کی کہ انہیں عبداللہ بن ابی سلمہ نے نعمان بن ابی عیاش سے حدیث بیان کی اور انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زمین کو ( ممنوعہ طریقے سے ) کرائے پر دینے سے منع فرمایا ۔ بکیر نے کہا : مجھے نافع نے حدیث بیان کی کہ انہوں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، وہ کہہ رہے تھے : ہم اپنی زمینیں بٹائی پر دیتے تھے ، پھر جب ہم نے حضرت رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ کی حدیث سنی تو اسے ترک کر دیا
