Hadith 3924 — Livre 21: The Book of Transactions
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Jabir b. Abdullah رضي الله عنهما : Nous cultivions des terres en location du vivant du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et nous recevions une part du grain restant après le battage, ainsi que quelque chose de non précisé. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui possède une terre doit la cultiver ou la laisser à son frère pour qu’il la travaille, sinon il doit la laisser. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا نُخَابِرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنُصِيبُ مِنَ الْقِصْرِيِّ وَمِنْ كَذَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ فَلْيُحْرِثْهَا أَخَاهُ وَإِلاَّ فَلْيَدَعْهَا" .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported:We used to cultivate land on rent during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and we got a share out of the grain left in the ears after threshing them and something unspecified. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: He who has land should cultivate it or let his brother till it, otherwise he should leave it
Traduction en ourdou
زہیر نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : ابوزبیر نے ہمیں حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں زمین بٹائی پر دیتے اور ( باقی ساری پیداوار میں سے حصے کے علاوہ ) گاہے جانے کے بعد خوشوں میں بچ جانے والی گندم اور اس طرح کی چیزیں ( پانی کی گزرگاہوں کے ارد گرد ہونے والی پیداوار ) وصول کرتے تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جس کے پاس زمین ہو وہ اسے خود کاشت کرے یا اپنے کسی بھائی کو کاشت کاری کے لیے ( عاریتا ) دے دے ورنہ اسے ( خالی ) پڑا دہنے دے
