وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحُ بْنُ، أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِهَا السِّنِينَ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَطِيبَ .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade leasing of land, and selling ahead for years and selling of fruits before they become ripe

رباح بن ابی معروف نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے عطاء سے سنا ، انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زمین کو ( اس کی اپنی پیداوار کے بدلے کرائے پر دینے ، اس ( کے پھل ) کو کئی سالوں کے لیے بیچنے اور پکنے سے پہلے پھلوں کی بیع سے منع فرمایا
