كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Jabir b. Abdullah رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la Muhaqala, la Muzabana, la Mukhabara et la vente des fruits avant que leur qualité soit évidente. Il a aussi ordonné que les marchandises ne soient vendues qu’en échange de dinars ou de dirhams, sauf dans le cas de l’araya

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالُوا جَمِيعًا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ وَلاَ يُبَاعُ إِلاَّ بِالدِّينَارِ وَالدِّرْهَمِ إِلاَّ الْعَرَايَا .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had forbidden Muhaqala. and Muzabana, Mukhibara and the sale of fruits until their good condition becomes clear, and (he commanded) that (commodities) should not be sold but for the dinar and dirham except in case of araya

سفیان بن عیینہ نے ہمیں ابن جریج سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے عطاء سے اور انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے محاقالہ ، مزابنہ ، مخابرہ اور ( پکنے کی ) صلاحیت ظاہر ہونے سے پہلے پھلوں کی بیع سے منع فرمایا اور ( حکم دیا کہ ) عرایا ( کی بیع ) کے سوا ( پھل یا کھیتی کو ) صرف دینار اور درہم کے عوض ہی فروخت کیا جائے
