كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Abdullah (b. Umar) رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la muzabana, c’est-à-dire acheter des dattes fraîches sur l’arbre contre des dattes sèches mesurées, acheter des raisins contre des raisins secs mesurés, et vendre un champ de blé contre du blé mesuré

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ، بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ بَيْعِ ثَمَرِ النَّخْلِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلاً وَبَيْعِ الْعِنَبِ بِالزَّبِيبِ كَيْلاً وَبَيْعِ الزَّرْعِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ كَيْلاً .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah (b. Umar) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) forbade Muzabana, i. e. buying of fresh dates (on) the trees for dry dates by measure, and the buying of grapes for raisins by measure and the selling of field of corn for corn by measure
Traduction en ourdou
محمد بن بشیر نے کہا : ہمیں عبیداللہ نے نافع سے حدیث بیان کی کہ حضرت عبداللہ ( بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے انہیں خبر دی کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزابنہ سے منع فرمایا ، اور مزابنہ یہ ہے کہ کھجور کے تازہ پھل کو خشک کھجور کی ماپی ہوئی مقدار کے عوض بیچا جائے اور انگور کو منقیٰ کی ماپی ہوئی مقدار کے عوض بیچا جائے اور ( خوشیوں میں ) گندم کی کھیتی کو ماپی ہوئی مقدار کے عوض بیچا جائے
