كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Bushair b. Yasar, d’après certains Compagnons du Messager d’Allah ﷺ : Il a fait une exception pour les transactions de ‘ariyya (par rapport à l’échange direct d’un même produit) après avoir mesuré les dattes sèches (échangées contre des dattes fraîches)

وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا .
Traduction anglaise
Bushair b. Yasar reported on the authority of some of the Companion of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) that he exempted the transactions, of 'ariyya (from the direct exchange of one kind) after measuring the dry dates (in exchange for fresh dates)

لیث نے ہمیں یحییٰ بن سعید سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے بُشیر بن یسار سے اور انہوں نے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ( بعض ) صحابہ سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عریہ کو ( اس سے حاصل ہونے ولی ) خشک کھجور کی مقدار کے اندازے سے فروخت کرنے کی اجازت دی
