Rapporté par Zaid ibn Thabit رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a accordé une exception pour la vente appelée al-‘araya. Dans le hadith transmis par Ibn Numair, il y a en plus le mot « an tuba’a »

قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا . زَادَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ أَنْ تُبَاعَ .
Traduction anglaise
Zaid b. Thabit (Allah be pleased with him) said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave a concession in case of the sale known as al-araya, there is an addition of the word an tuba'a in the hadith transmitted by Ibn Numair
Traduction en ourdou
ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : ہمیں زید بن ثابت نے حدیث بیان کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع عرایا کی اجازت دی ۔ ابن نمیر نے اپنی روایت میں یہ اضافہ کیا : ( اجازت دی ) کہ اسے بیچا ( یا خریدا ) جائے
