Hadith 3831 — Livre 21: The Book of Transactions
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui achète une chèvre dont la mamelle est attachée a le choix de la garder s’il le souhaite, ou de la rendre dans un délai de trois jours. S’il la rend, il doit le faire avec un sa‘ de dattes. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقَارِيَّ - عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنِ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:He who buys a goat with its udder tied up has the option to retain the goat if he so desires or return it within three days, and in case he returns it he should do so along with a sa' of dates
Traduction en ourdou
سہیل کے والد ( ابوصالح ) نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جس نے ایسی بھیڑ ( یا بکری ) خرید لی جس کا دودھ روکا گیا ہے تو اسے تین دن تک اس کے بارے میں اختیار ہے ، اگر چاہے تو رکھ لے اور چاہے تو واپس کر دے اور اس کے ساتھ کھجور کا ایک صاع بھی واپس کرے
