Rapporté par Ibn Umar رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de vendre ou de donner en cadeau le droit d’héritage d’un esclave. L’imam Muslim a dit : Tous les rapporteurs se réfèrent à Abdullah b. Dinar pour ce hadith

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلاَءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ . قَالَ مُسْلِمٌ النَّاسُ كُلُّهُمْ عِيَالٌ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) forbade the selling and making a gift of the right of inheritance of a slave. Imam Muslim said:All the persons depend upon Abdullah b. Dinar in regard to this hadith

سلیمان بن بلال نے ہمیں عبداللہ بن دینار سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ولاء کو بیچنے اور ہبہ کرنے سے منع فرمایا ۔ ابراہیم نے کہا : میں نے مسلم بن حجاج کو یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا : اس حدیث میں تمام لوگ عبداللہ بن دینار ہی پر انحصار کرنے والے ہیں ۔ ( سب سندیں انہیں پر آ کر مل جاتی ہیں)
