Hadith 667 — Livre 2: The Book of Purification
كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par Ubaidullah ibn Abdullah ibn ‘Utba ibn Mas’ud : Umm Qais, fille de Mihsan, faisait partie des premières femmes émigrantes qui ont prêté serment d’allégeance au Messager d’Allah ﷺ, et elle était la sœur de ‘Ukkasha ibn Mihsan, un des fils d’Asad ibn Khuzaima. Il (le rapporteur) a dit : Elle (Umm Qais) m’a raconté qu’elle était venue voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ avec son fils, qui n’avait pas encore l’âge de manger de la nourriture. Il (le rapporteur, Ubaidullah) a dit : Elle m’a raconté que son fils avait uriné sur les genoux du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a demandé de l’eau et en a aspergé son vêtement (là où il y avait de l’urine), sans le laver complètement

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ أَمَّ قَيْسٍ بِنْتَ مِحْصَنٍ، - وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ الأُوَلِ اللاَّتِي بَايَعْنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهِيَ أُخْتُ عُكَّاشَةَ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ أَحَدُ بَنِي أَسَدِ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ - قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أَنَّهَا أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِابْنٍ لَهَا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ الطَّعَامَ - قَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ - أَخْبَرَتْنِي أَنَّ ابْنَهَا ذَاكَ بَالَ فِي حِجْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَدَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَاءٍ فَنَضَحَهُ عَلَى ثَوْبِهِ وَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ غَسْلاً .
Traduction anglaise
Ubaidullah b. Abdullah b. 'Utba b. Mas'ud said:Umm Qais, daughter of Mihsan, was among the earliest female emigrants who took the oath of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and she was the sister of 'Ukkasha b. Mihsan, one amongst the sons of Asad b. Khuzaima. He (the narrator) said: She (Umm Qais) told me that she came to the Messenger of Allah (may peace he upon him) with her son and he had not attained the age of eating food. He (the narrator, 'Ubaidullah), said: She told me that her son passed urine in the lap of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent for water and sprayed it over his garment (over that part which was contaminated with the urine of the child) and he did not wash it thoroughly

یونس بن یزید نے کہا : مجھے ابن شہاب نے خبر دی ، کہا : مجھے عبید اللہ بن عبد اللہ بن عتبہ بن مسعود نے حضرت ام قیس بنت محصن ؓ سے ( وہ جو سب سے پہلے ہجرت کرنے والی ان عورتوں میں سے تھیں جنہوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بیعت کی تھی اور عکاشہ بن محصن رضی اللہ عنہ جو بنواسد بن خزیمہ کے ایک فرد ہیں ، کی بہن تھیں ) روایت کی ، کہا : انہوں نے مجھے بتایا کہ وہ نبی اکرمﷺ کی خدمت میں اپنا بیٹا لے کر حاضر ہوئیں جو ابھی اس عمر کو نہ پہنچا تھا کہ کھانا کھا سکے ۔ ( ابن شہاب کے استاد ) عبیداللہ نے کہا : انہوں ( ام قیسؓ ) نے مجھے بتایا کہ میرے اس بیٹے نے رسو ل ا للہﷺ کی گود میں پیشاب کر دیا تو رسو ل اللہ ﷺ نے پانی منگوایا اور اسے اپنے کپڑے پر بہا دیا اور اسے اچھی طرح دھویا نہیں ۔
