كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si je ne craignais pas de rendre la chose trop difficile pour les croyants — ou, dans la version de Zuhair : “pour les gens” — je leur aurais ordonné d’utiliser le siwak à chaque prière. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لَوْلاَ أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ - وَفِي حَدِيثِ زُهَيْرٍ عَلَى أُمَّتِي - لأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلاَةٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported:The Apostle (ﷺ) said: Were it not that I might over-burden the believers-and in the hadith transmitted by Zuhair" people" -I would have ordered them to use toothstick at every time of prayer
Traduction en ourdou
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نےفرمایا : ’’اگر مجھے یہ ڈر نہ ہوتا کہ میں مسلمانوں کو ( زہیر کی روایت میں ہے : اپنی امت کو ) مشقت میں ڈال دوں گا تو میں انہیں ہر نماز کے وقت مسواک کرنے کا حکم دیتا ۔ ‘ ‘
