Hadith 3739 — Livre 18: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par ‘Aïsha رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme croyant en Allah et au Jour dernier de porter le deuil pour un défunt plus de trois jours, sauf en cas de décès de son mari. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ - وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَحْيَى - قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تُحِدَّ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ إِلاَّ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:It is not permissible for a woman believing in Allah and the Hereafter to observe mourning on the dead for more than three (days), except in case of her husband

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا : " کسی عورت کے لیے ، جو اللہ تعالیٰ اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتی ہے ، حلال نہیں کہ وہ اپنے شوہر کے سوا کسی مرنے والے پر تین دن سے زیادہ سوگ منائے
