Hadith 3717 — Livre 18: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Hisham, d’après son père : Yahya ibn Sa'id ibn al-'As a épousé la fille de 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hakam, puis il l’a divorcée et l’a fait sortir de sa maison. 'Urwa رضي الله عنه a critiqué cette action des membres de la famille de son ex-mari. Ils ont dit : « En vérité, Fatima aussi est sortie (de la maison de son ex-mari). » 'Urwa a dit : « Je suis allé voir 'Aïsha رضي الله عنها et je lui ai parlé de cela, et elle a dit : “Il n’y a rien de bon pour Fatima bint Qais رضي الله عنها à en parler.” »

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، تَزَوَّجَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ فَطَلَّقَهَا فَأَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَعَابَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ عُرْوَةُ فَقَالُوا إِنَّ فَاطِمَةَ قَدْ خَرَجَتْ . قَالَ عُرْوَةُ فَأَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِذَلِكَ فَقَالَتْ مَا لِفَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ خَيْرٌ فِي أَنْ تَذْكُرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ .
Traduction anglaise
Hisham reported on the authority of his father that Yahya b. Sa'id b. al-'As married the daughter of 'Abd al-Rahman b. al-Hakam, and he divorced her and he turned her out from his house. 'Urwa (Allah be -pleased with him) criticised this (action) of theirs (the members of the family of her in-laws). They said:Verily, Fatima too went out (of her in-laws' house). 'Urwa said: I came to 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) and told her about it and she said: There is no good for Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) in making mention of it

عروہ بن زبیر نے کہا : یحییٰ بن سعید بن عاص نے عبدالرحمٰن بن حکم کی بیٹی سے شادی کی ، بعد میں اسے طلاق دے دی اور اسے اپنے ہاں سے بھی نکال دیا ۔ عروہ نے اس بات کی وجہ سے ان پر سخت اعتراض کیا ، تو انہوں نے کہا : فاطمہ ( بھی اپنے خاوند کے گھر سے ) چلی گئی تھی ۔ عروہ نے کہا : اس پر میں حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور انہیں یہ بات بتائی تو انہوں نے کہا : فاطمہ بنت قیس کے لیے اس حدیث کو بیان کرنے میں کوئی خیر نہیں ہے
