Hadith 3714 — Livre 18: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Abu Bakr ibn Abu’l-Jahm : Moi et Abu Salama ibn 'Abd al-Rahman sommes allés voir Fatima bint Qais رضي الله عنها pour l’interroger (sur le divorce, etc.). Elle a dit : « J’étais l’épouse de Abu 'Amr ibn Hafs ibn al-Mughira, et il est parti pour la bataille de Najran. » Le reste du hadith est le même, mais il a ajouté : « Elle a dit : Je l’ai épousé et Allah m’a honorée grâce à Ibn Zaid et Allah m’a accordé Sa faveur à travers lui. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ فَسَأَلْنَاهَا فَقَالَتْ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ فَخَرَجَ فِي غَزْوَةِ نَجْرَانَ . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ وَزَادَ قَالَتْ فَتَزَوَّجْتُهُ فَشَرَّفَنِي اللَّهُ بِابْنِ زَيْدٍ وَكَرَّمَنِي اللَّهُ بِابْنِ زَيْدٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Bakr b. Abu'l-Jahm reported:I and Abu Salama b 'Abd al-Rahman came to fatima bint Qais (Al! ah be pleased with her) and asked her (about divorce, etc.). She said: I was the wife of Abu 'Amr b. Hafs b. al-Mughira, and he set out to join the battle of Najran. The rest of the hadith is the same, but he made this addition:" She said: I married him and Allah hornoured me on account of Ibn Zaid and Allah favoured me because of him

ابو عاصم نے ہمیں خبر دی ( کہا : ) ہمیں سفیان ثوری نے ابوبکر بن ابی جہم سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں اور ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا کے ہاں حاضر ہوئے ، ہم نے ان سے سوال کیا ، تو انہوں نے کہا : میں ابوعمرو بن حفص بن مغیرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی بییو تھی ، وہ نجران کی لڑائی میں نکلے ، آگے انہوں نے ابن مہدی کی حدیث کے ہم معنی بیان کیا اور یہ اضافہ کیا : ( فاطمہ نے ) کہا : تو میں نے ان ( اسامہ ) سے شادی کر لی ، اللہ نے ابوزید ( اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ ) کی وجہ سے مجھے شرف بخشا ، اللہ نے ابوزید کی وجہ سے مجھے عزت دی
