Rapporté par Fatima bint Qais رضي الله عنها : Elle a rapporté du Messager d’Allah ﷺ qu’il n’y a ni logement ni pension pour une femme qui a reçu un divorce irrévocable

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلاَثًا قَالَ " لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) that there is no lodging and maintenance allowance for a woman who has been given irrevocable divorce
