Hadith 3669 — Livre 18: The Book of Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ibn Tawus, d’après son père : Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a été interrogé au sujet d’un homme qui divorce de sa femme pendant ses règles, et il a répondu : « Connais-tu ‘Abdullah b. ‘Umar ? » Il a dit : « Oui. » Il a dit : « C’est lui qui a divorcé de sa femme pendant ses règles, et ‘Umar est allé voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et l’en a informé, et il lui a ordonné de la reprendre. » Et (Abu Tawus) a dit : « Je n’ai pas entendu mon père ajouter autre chose à ce hadith. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يُسْأَلُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ، طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا فَقَالَ أَتَعْرِفُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَعَمْ . قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا فَذَهَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخْبَرَهُ الْخَبَرَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا قَالَ لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ يَزِيدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لأَبِيهِ.
Traduction anglaise
Ibn Tawus narrated on the authority of his father that Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) was asked about the person who divorced his wife in the state of menses, whereupon he said:Do you know 'Abdullah b. Umar? He said: Yes. He said: It was he who divorced his wife jn the state of menses and 'Umar went to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and gave him this information. and he commanded him that he should take her back; and he (Abu Tawus) said: I did not hear any addition to this (hadith) from my father
Traduction en ourdou
(عبداللہ ) ابن طاوس نے اپنے والد سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، ان سے ایسے آدمی کے بارے میں سوال کیا جا رہا تھا جس نے اپنی بیوی کو حیض کی حالت میں طلاق دی ۔ انہوں نے کہا : کیا تم عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو جانتے ہو؟ اس نے کہا : ہاں ، انہوں نے کہا : انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو حیض میں طلاق دے دی تھی تو حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گئے اور آپ کو اس خبر سے آگاہ کیا ۔ آپ نے انہیں حکم دیا کہ وہ اس سے رجوع کرے ۔ ( ابن طاقس نے ) کہا : میں نے اپنے والد کو اس سے زیادہ بیان کرتے ہوئے نہیں سنا
