Hadith 3526 — Livre 16: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Aishah (la mère des croyants) رضي الله عنها : La femme de Rifa’a est venue voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et a dit : « J’étais mariée à Rifa’a, mais il m’a divorcée de façon définitive. Ensuite, j’ai épousé Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Zubair, mais il n’a que la faiblesse d’un bout de tissu (c’est-à-dire qu’il est impuissant). » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a souri et a dit : « Veux-tu retourner auprès de Rifa’a ? Tu ne pourras pas le faire tant que tu n’auras pas goûté sa douceur et qu’il n’aura pas goûté la tienne. » Abu Bakr était alors près du Prophète ﷺ et Khalid ibn Sa’id attendait à la porte qu’on lui permette d’entrer. Il dit alors : « Abu Bakr, entends-tu ce qu’elle dit à voix haute devant le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ? »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَمْرٍو - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةُ رِفَاعَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رِفَاعَةَ فَطَلَّقَنِي فَبَتَّ طَلاَقِي فَتَزَوَّجْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الزَّبِيرِ وَإِنَّ مَا مَعَهُ مِثْلُ هُدْبَةِ الثَّوْبِ فَتَبَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَتُرِيدِينَ أَنْ تَرْجِعِي إِلَى رِفَاعَةَ لاَ حَتَّى تَذُوقِي عُسَيْلَتَهُ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَكِ " . قَالَتْ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ عِنْدَهُ وَخَالِدٌ بِالْبَابِ يَنْتَظِرُ أَنْ يُؤْذَنَ لَهُ فَنَادَى يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَلاَ تَسْمَعُ هَذِهِ مَا تَجْهَرُ بِهِ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Traduction anglaise
A'isha (Allah he pleased with her) reported:There came the wife of Rifa'a to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said: I was married to Rifa'a but he divorced me, making may divorce irrevocable. Afterwards I married Abd al-Rahman b. al-Zubair, but all he possesses is like the fringe of a garment (i. e. he is sexually weak). Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) smiled, and said: Do you wish to return to Rifa'a. (You) cannot (do it) until you have tasted his sweetness and he ('Abd al-Rahman) has tasted your sweetness. Abu Bakr was at that time near him (the Holy Prophet) and Khalid (b. Sa'id) was at the door waiting for the permission to be granted to him to enter), He (Khalid) said; Abu Bakr, do you hear what she is saying loudly in the presence of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?

سفیان نے ہمیں زہری سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے عروہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رفاعہ ( بن سموءل قرظی ) کی بیوی ( تمیمہ بنت وہب قرظیہ ) نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور عرض کی : میں رفاعہ کے ہاں ( نکاح میں ) تھی ، اس نے مجھے طلاق دی اور قطعی ( تیسری ) طلاق دے دی تو میں نے عبدالرحمٰن بن زبیر ( بن باطا قرظی ) سے شادی کر لی ، مگر جو اس کے پاس ہے وہ کپڑے کی جھالر کی طرح ہے ۔ اس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مسکرائے اور فرمایا : "" کیا تم دوبارہ رفاعہ کے پاس لوٹنا چاہتی ہو؟ نہیں ( جا سکتی ) ، حتی کہ تم اس ( دوسرے خاوند ) کی لذت چکھ لو اور وہ تمہاری لذت چکھ لے ۔ "" ( حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ) کہا : حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ آپ کے پاس موجود تھے اور خالد رضی اللہ عنہ ( بن سعید بن عاص ) دروازے پر اجازت ملنے کے منتظر تھے ، تو انہوں نے پکار کر کہا : ابوبکر! کیا آپ اس عورت کو نہیں سن رہے جو بات وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس اونچی آواز سے کہہ رہی ہے
