كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Anas رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ partit en expédition vers Khaybar et nous avons accompli la prière du matin très tôt à l’aube. Ensuite, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ monta à cheval, tout comme Abou Talha, et je me suis assis derrière Abou Talha. Le Prophète ﷺ avançait dans une ruelle étroite de Khaybar (et nous étions si proches les uns des autres que mon genou a touché la jambe du Messager d’Allah ﷺ). Une partie du vêtement du Prophète ﷺ glissa de sa jambe et je vis la blancheur de sa jambe. En entrant dans la ville, il s’écria : « Allahu Akbar (Allah est le Plus Grand). Khaybar est perdue. Et lorsque nous descendons dans la vallée d’un peuple, quel mauvais matin pour ceux qui ont été avertis. » Il répéta cela trois fois. Pendant ce temps, les gens sortirent pour travailler et dirent : « Par Allah, Muhammad est venu. » Abd al-‘Aziz ou certains de nos compagnons dirent : « Muhammad et l’armée sont venus. » Il dit : « Nous avons pris Khaybar par la force, et les prisonniers de guerre ont été rassemblés. » Dihya est venu et a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, accorde-moi une fille parmi les prisonnières. » Il répondit : « Va et choisis-en une. » Il choisit Safiyya, fille de Huyayy (b. Akhtab). Quelqu’un vint voir le Prophète ﷺ et dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, tu as donné Safiyya bint Huyayy, la chef des Qurayza et des Nadir, à Dihya, alors qu’elle ne convient qu’à toi. » Il dit : « Faites-les venir tous les deux. » Ils vinrent ensemble. Quand le Prophète ﷺ la vit, il dit à Dihya : « Prends une autre femme parmi les prisonnières. » Le narrateur dit : Le Prophète ﷺ l’a alors affranchie et l’a épousée. Thabit lui demanda : « Abou Hamza, quelle dot le Prophète ﷺ lui a-t-il donnée ? » Il répondit : « Il l’a affranchie puis l’a épousée. » En chemin, Oumm Soulaym l’a préparée et l’a envoyée au Prophète ﷺ la nuit. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est apparu le matin comme un jeune marié. Il dit : « Celui qui a quelque chose à manger, qu’il l’apporte. » On étendit un tissu. Quelqu’un apporta du fromage, un autre des dattes, un autre du beurre clarifié, et ils préparèrent du hais : c’était le repas de noces du Messager d’Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّةَ - عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم غَزَا خَيْبَرَ قَالَ فَصَلَّيْنَا عِنْدَهَا صَلاَةَ الْغَدَاةِ بِغَلَسٍ فَرَكِبَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَرَكِبَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ وَأَنَا رَدِيفُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ فَأَجْرَى نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي زُقَاقِ خَيْبَرَ وَإِنَّ رُكْبَتِي لَتَمَسُّ فَخِذَ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَانْحَسَرَ الإِزَارُ عَنْ فَخِذِ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَإِنِّي لأَرَى بَيَاضَ فَخِذِ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ الْقَرْيَةَ قَالَ " اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ " . قَالَهَا ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ وَقَدْ خَرَجَ الْقَوْمُ إِلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ فَقَالُوا مُحَمَّدٌ وَاللَّهِ . قَالَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ . قَالَ وَأَصَبْنَاهَا عَنْوَةً وَجُمِعَ السَّبْىُ فَجَاءَهُ دِحْيَةُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَعْطِنِي جَارِيَةً مِنَ السَّبْىِ . فَقَالَ " اذْهَبْ فَخُذْ جَارِيَةً " . فَأَخَذَ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَىٍّ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ أَعْطَيْتَ دِحْيَةَ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَىٍّ سَيِّدِ قُرَيْظَةَ وَالنَّضِيرِ مَا تَصْلُحُ إِلاَّ لَكَ . قَالَ " ادْعُوهُ بِهَا " . قَالَ فَجَاءَ بِهَا فَلَمَّا نَظَرَ إِلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خُذْ جَارِيَةً مِنَ السَّبْىِ غَيْرَهَا " . قَالَ وَأَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا . فَقَالَ لَهُ ثَابِتٌ يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ مَا أَصْدَقَهَا قَالَ نَفْسَهَا أَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِالطَّرِيقِ جَهَّزَتْهَا لَهُ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ فَأَهْدَتْهَا لَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَأَصْبَحَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَرُوسًا فَقَالَ " مَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ شَىْءٌ فَلْيَجِئْ بِهِ " قَالَ وَبَسَطَ نِطَعًا قَالَ فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَجِيءُ بِالأَقِطِ وَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَجِيءُ بِالتَّمْرِ وَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَجِيءُ بِالسَّمْنِ فَحَاسُوا حَيْسًا . فَكَانَتْ وَلِيمَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Traduction anglaise
Anas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) set out on an expedition to Khaibar and we observed our morning prayer in early hours of the dawn. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then mounted and so did Abu Talha ride, and I was seating myself behind Abu Talha. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) moved in the narrow street of Khaibar (and we rode so close to each other in the street) that my knee touched the leg of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ). (A part of the) lower garment of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) slipped from his leg and I could see the whiteness of the leg of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ). As he entered the habitation he called:Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). Khaibar is ruined. And when we get down in the valley of a people evil is the morning of the warned ones. He repeated it thrice. In the meanwhile the people went out for their work, and said: By Allah, Muhammad (has come). Abd al-'Aziz or some of our companions said: Muhammad and the army (have come). He said: We took it (the territory of Khaibar) by force, and there were gathered the prisoners of war. There came Dihya and he said: Messenger of Allah, bestow upon me a girl from among the prisoners. He said: Go and get any girl. He made a choice for Safiyya daughter of Huyayy (b. Akhtab). There came a person to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said: Apostle of Allah, you have bestowed Safiyya bint Huyayy, the chief of Quraiza and al-Nadir, upon Dihya and she is worthy of you only. He said: Call him along with her. So he came along with her. When Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) saw her he said: Take any other woman from among the prisoners. He (the narrator) said: He (the Holy Prophet) then granted her emancipation and married her. Thabit said to him: Abu Hamza, how much dower did he (the Holy Prophet) give to her? He said: He granted her freedom and then married her. On the way Umm Sulaim embellished her and then sent her to him (the Holy Prophet) at night. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) appeared as a bridegroom in the morning. He (the Holy Prophet) said: He who has anything (to eat) should bring that. Then the cloth was spread. A person came with cheese, another came with dates, and still another came with refined butter, and they prepared hais and that was the wedding feast of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)

حضرت انسؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اﷲ ﷺ نے جہاد کیا خیبر پر او رہم لوگوں نے وہاں نماز پڑھی صبح کی بہت اندھریے میں اور سوار ہوئے نبی ﷺ او رسوار ہوئے ابوطلحہٰ ؓ اور میں ردیف تھا ابوطلحہ کا اور روانہ ہوئے نبی ﷺ گلیوں میں خیبر کی اور میرا زانو نبیﷺ کے ران سے لگ لگ جاتا تھا اور تہبند رسول اﷲ ﷺ کی آپ کی ران سے کھسک گئی تھی او رمیں دیکھتا سفیدی آپ کی ران کی پھر جب شہر کے اندر گئے آپ نے فرمایا اﷲ اکبر خراب ہوا خیبر ہم جب اترتے ہیں کسی قوم کے انگن میں تو برا ہوتا ہے حال ڈرائے گئے لوگوں کا ۔ اس آیت کو آپ نے تین بار پڑھا یعنی انا اذا نزلنا بساحۃ قوم سے اخیر تک اور اتنے میں وہاں کے لوگ اپنے اپنے کاموں میں نکلے اور انہوں نے کہا کہ محمد ﷺ آچکے ۔ اور عبدالعزیز نے کہا کہ ہمارے لوگوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ لشکر بھی آگیا ۔ کہا راوی نے کہ غرض ہم نے لے لیا خیبر کو جبراً قہراً اور قیدی لوگ جمع کیے گئے اور دحیہ آئے اور عرص کی کہ یا رسول اﷲؐ! ایک لونڈی مجھے عنایت کیجیے ان قیدیوںمیںسے ۔ آپ نے فرمایا کہ جاؤ ایک لونڈی لے لو ۔ انہوں نے صفیہ بنت حیی کو لے لیا اور ایک شخص نے آکے کہا کہ اے نبی اﷲ تعالیٰ کے آپ نے دحیہ کو حیی کی بیٹی دیدی جو سردار ہے بنی قریظہ اور بنی نضیر کا اور وہ کسی کے لائق نہیں سوا آپ کے تو فرمایا کہ بلاؤ ان کو مع اس لونڈی کے ۔ کہا راوی نے کہ پھر وہ اسے لے کر آئے پھر جب آپ نے اس کو دیکھا تو دحیہ سے فرمایا کہ تم کوئی اور لونڈی لے لو قیدیوں میں سے اس کے سوا ۔ کہا راوی نے کہ پھر آپ نے آزاد کیا صفیہؓ کو اور ان سے نکاح کرلیا سو ثابت نے ان سے کہا کہ اے ابوحمزہ! ان کا مہر کیا باندھا انہوں نے؟ کہا یہی مرہ تھا کہ ان کو آزاد کردیا اور نکاح کرلیا یہاں تک کہ پھر جب وہ را میں تھے تو سنگار کردیا ان کا ام سلیمؓ نے اور پیش کردیا آپ پر ان کو رات میں اور صبح کو رسول اﷲﷺ نوشہ بنے ہوئے تھے ۔ پھر فرمایا اپ نے جس کے پاس جو کچھ ہو ( یعنی کھانے کی قسم سے ) وہ لائے او رایک دستر خوان چمڑے کا بچھا دیا اور کوئی اقط لانے لگا ( دہی سکھا کر بناتے ہیں ) اور کوئی کھجور او رکوئی گھی ان سب کو توڑ تاڑ کر خوب ملایا اور یہ ولیمہ ہوا رسول اﷲ ﷺ کا ۔
