Hadith 3450 — Livre 16: The Book of Marriage
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Nabaih b. Wahb : ‘Umar b. ‘Ubaidullah b. Ma’mar voulait marier son fils Talha à la fille de Shaiba b. Jubair pendant le pèlerinage. Aban b. Uthman était alors l’émir des pèlerins. Il (‘Umar b. ‘Ubaidullah) a donc envoyé quelqu’un à Aban pour lui dire : « Je veux marier Talha b. ‘Umar et je souhaite vraiment que tu sois présent à la cérémonie. » Aban lui a répondu : « Je te trouve bien ignorant, toi l’Irakien. J’ai entendu ‘Uthman b. ‘Affan dire que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : “Un Muhrim ne doit pas se marier.” »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ، أَرَادَ أَنْ يُنْكِحَ، ابْنَهُ طَلْحَةَ بِنْتَ شَيْبَةَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَأَبَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَمِيرُ الْحَاجِّ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَبَانٍ إِنِّي قَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أُنْكِحَ، طَلْحَةَ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ تَحْضُرَ، ذَلِكَ . فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبَانٌ أَلاَ أُرَاكَ عِرَاقِيًّا جَافِيًا إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Nabaih b. Wahb reported that Umar b. 'Ubaidullah b. Ma'mar intended to marry his son Talha with the daughter of Shaiba b. Jubair during the Pilgrimage. Aban b. Uthman was at that time the Amir of Pilgrims. So he ('Umar b. Ubaidullah) sent someone (as a messenger) to Aban saying:I intend to marry Talha b. 'Umar and I earnestly desire you to be present there (in this ceremony of marriage). Aban said to him: I find you a block-headed 'Iraqi. I heard 'Uthman b. 'Affan say that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: A Muhrim should not marry

سعید بن ابوہلال نے مجھے نبیہ بن وہب سے حدیث بیان کی کہ عمر بن عبیداللہ بن معمر نے ارادہ کیا کہ حج ( کے ایام ) میں اپنے بیٹے طلحہ کا نکاح شیبہ بن جبیر کی بیٹی سے کریں ، ابان بن عثمان ان دنوں حج کے امیر تھے ۔ تو انہوں نے ابان کی طرف پیغام بھیجا کہ میں نے ارادہ کیا ہے کہ طلحہ بن عمر کا نکاح کر دوں اور میں چاہتا ہوں کہ آپ بھی اس میں شریک ہوں تو ابان نے انہیں جواب دیا : کیا مجھے تم ایک اکھڑ عراقی جیسے دکھائی نہیں دے رہے! بلاشبہ میں نے حضرت عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " محرم ( جو شخص حالت احرام میں ہو وہ ) کسی کا نکاح نہ کرائے
