كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Rabi’ ibn Sabra : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de contracter le mariage temporaire avec des femmes au moment de la Victoire, et son père avait contracté ce mariage contre deux manteaux rouges

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ حَسَنٌ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ زَمَانَ الْفَتْحِ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ وَأَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَانَ تَمَتَّعَ بِبُرْدَيْنِ أَحْمَرَيْنِ
Traduction anglaise
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Rabi' b. Sabra that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade to contract temporary marriage with women at the time of Victory, and that his father had contracted the marriage for two red cloaks

صالح سے روایت ہے ، کہا : ہمیں ابن شہاب نے ربیع بن سبرہ جہنی سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے اپنے والد ( سبرہ رضی اللہ عنہ ) سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے اِن کو بتایا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فتح مکہ کے زمانے میں عورتوں سے متعہ کرنے سے منع فرما دیا تھا ، اور یہ کہ ان کے والد ( سبرہ ) نے ( اپنے ساتھی کے ہمراہ ) دو سرخ چادریں پیش کرتے ہوئے نکاح متعہ کیا تھا
