كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Mutarrif : ‘Imran b. Husain m’a dit : « Ne veux-tu pas que je te rapporte un hadith aujourd’hui dont Allah te fera profiter plus tard ? Sache qu’Allah a fait accomplir l’Umra à certains membres de la famille de Son Messager ﷺ dans les dix premiers jours de Dhu’l-Hijja. Aucun verset n’a été révélé pour l’abroger, et le Prophète ﷺ ne s’en est pas abstenu jusqu’à sa mort. Après lui, chacun a dit ce qu’il voulait (mais cela reste son opinion personnelle, et non un avis religieux). »

وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي، الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، قَالَ قَالَ لِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ إِنِّي لأُحَدِّثُكَ بِالْحَدِيثِ الْيَوْمَ يَنْفَعُكَ اللَّهُ بِهِ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ أَعْمَرَ طَائِفَةً مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فِي الْعَشْرِ فَلَمْ تَنْزِلْ آيَةٌ تَنْسَخُ ذَلِكَ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ حَتَّى مَضَى لِوَجْهِهِ ارْتَأَى كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بَعْدُ مَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْتَئِيَ .
Traduction anglaise
Mutarrif reported:'Imran b. Husain said to me: Should I not narrate to you a hadith today by which Allah will benefit you subsequently-and bear in mind that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) made some members of his family perform 'Umra within ten days of Dhu'l-Hijja. No verse was revealed to abrogate that, and he (the Holy Prophet) did not refrain from doing it till he died. So after him everyone said as he liked, (but it would be his. personal opinion and not the verdict of the Shari'ah)
Traduction en ourdou
ہمیں اسماعیل بن ابراہیم نے حدیث بیا ن کی ، ( کہا : ) ہمیں جریری نے حدیث سنائی ، انھوں نے ابو العلاء سے ، انھوں نے مطرف سے روایت کی ، ( مطرف نے ) کہا : عمران بن حصین نے مجھ سے کہا : میں تمھیں آج ایک ایسی حدیث بیان کرنے لگاہوں جس سے اللہ تعالیٰ آج کے بعد تمھیں نفع دے گا ۔ جان لو! اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے گھر والوں میں سے کچھ کو ذوالحجہ میں عمرہ کروایا ، پھر نہ تو کوئی ایسی آیت نازل ہوئی جس نے اسے ( حج کے مہینوںمیں عمرے کو ) منسوخ قرار دیا ہو ، اور نہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے روکا ، حتیٰ کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی منزل کی طرف تشریف لے گئے ۔ بعد میں ہر شخص نے جورائے قائم کرنا چاہی کرلی ۔
