Hadith 2817 — Livre 15: The Book of Pilgrimage
كتاب الحج
Rapporté par Salim : Quand on a dit à Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهما que l’état d’Ihram commence à al-Baida’, il a répondu : « Al-Baida’, vous accusez à tort le Messager d’Allah ﷺ à ce sujet. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ n’est entré en état d’Ihram qu’à côté de l’arbre, quand son chameau s’est levé avec lui. »

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ - عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ، عُقْبَةَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ، قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ - رضى الله عنهما - إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُ الإِحْرَامُ مِنَ الْبَيْدَاءِ قَالَ الْبَيْدَاءُ الَّتِي تَكْذِبُونَ فِيهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَا أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلاَّ مِنْ عِنْدِ الشَّجَرَةِ حِينَ قَامَ بِهِ بَعِيرُهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Salim reported that when it was said to Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) that the state of Ihram (commences from)a al-Baida' he said:Al-Baida', you attribute lie about it to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). And the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not enter upon the state of Ihram but near the tree when his camel stood up with him
Traduction en ourdou
حاتم یعنی ابن اسماعیل نے مو سیٰ بن عقبہ سے انھوں نے سالم سے حدیث بیان کی کہا : جب ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے یہ کہا جا تا کہ احرا م بیدا ء سے ( باند ھا جا تا ) ہے تو وہ کہتے پیداء وہ مقام ہے جس کے حوالے سے تم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر غلط بیا نی کرتے ہو ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کسی اور جگہ سے نہیں درخت کے پاس ہی سے احرا م باندھا تھا ۔ جب آپ کی اونٹنی آپ کو لے کر کھڑی ہو گئی تھی ۔
