كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Muhammad b. 'Abbas b. Ja'far : J’ai demandé à Jabir b. 'Abdullah رضي الله عنه alors qu’il faisait le tawaf autour de la Ka'ba : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a-t-il interdit de jeûner le vendredi ? » Il répondit : « Oui, par le Seigneur de cette Maison. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ، بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - رضى الله عنهما - وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ أَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَرَبِّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ .
Traduction anglaise
Muhammad b. 'Abbas b. Ja'far reported:I asked Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with both of them) as he was circumambulating the House (Ka'ba) whether the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had forbidden the fasting on Friday, whereupon he said: Yes, by the Lord of this House
Traduction en ourdou
عمرو ناقد ، سفیان بن عینیہ ، عبدالحمید ابن جبیر ، حضرت محمد بن عباد بن جعفر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے پوچھا اس حال میں کہ وہ بیت اللہ کا طواف کررہے تھے کہ کیا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جمعہ کے دن روزہ رکھنے سے منع فرمایا ہے؟تو انہوں نے فرمایا ہاں! قسم ہے اس گھر کے رب کی ۔
