كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Abu Khalid al-Ahmar d’après Humaid : Je suis parti en voyage en jeûnant ; on m’a dit : « Romps ton jeûne (littéralement : reviens, recommence). » Humaid a dit qu’Anas rapportait que les Compagnons du Messager d’Allah ﷺ partaient en voyage et que ni ceux qui jeûnaient ne critiquaient ceux qui ne jeûnaient pas, ni l’inverse. (Humaid a ajouté : J’ai rencontré Ibn Abi Mulaika qui m’a dit la même chose au nom de Aïsha رضي الله عنها)

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ خَرَجْتُ فَصُمْتُ فَقَالُوا لِي أَعِدْ . قَالَ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ أَنَسًا أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانُوا يُسَافِرُونَ فَلاَ يَعِيبُ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ وَلاَ الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ . فَلَقِيتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ فَأَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - بِمِثْلِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated from Humaid who said:I went out and was fasting; they said to me: Break (lit. go back, repeat). He said that Anas reported that the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to set out on a journey and neither the observer of the fast found fault with the breaker of the fast, nor the breaker of the fast found fault with the observer of the fast. (One of the narrators Humaid said): I met Ibn Abi Mulaika who informed me the same thing on the authority of 'A'isha
Traduction en ourdou
ابو بکر بن ابی شیبہ ، ابو خالد احمر ، حضرت حمید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے ۔ فرمایا کہ میں نکلا اور میں نے روزہ رکھ لیا تو لوگوں نے مجھ سے کہا کہ تم دوبارہ روزہ رکھو میں نے کہا حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے مجھے خبر دی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ رضوان اللہ عنھم اجمعین سفر کرتے تھے تو کوئی بھی روزہ رکھنے والا روزہ چھوڑنے والے کی ملامت نہیں کرتا تھا اور نہ ہی روزہ چھوڑنے والا روزہ رکھنے والے کی ملامت کرتاتھا پھر میں نے ابن ابی ملیکہ سے ملاقات کی تو انہوں نے بھی حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کے حوالے سے اس طرح کی خبر دی ۔
