Hadith 2608 — Livre 13: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a voyagé pendant le mois de Ramadan en jeûnant jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne ‘Usfan. Il a alors demandé qu’on lui apporte une coupe d’eau et il a bu devant tout le monde pour qu’ils le voient, rompant ainsi le jeûne (et il ne l’a pas repris) jusqu’à ce qu’il arrive à La Mecque. Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a jeûné et a rompu le jeûne, donc celui qui voulait jeûnait et celui qui voulait rompait le jeûne

وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ سَافَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ فَصَامَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ عُسْفَانَ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهِ شَرَابٌ فَشَرِبَهُ نَهَارًا لِيَرَاهُ النَّاسُ ثُمَّ أَفْطَرَ حَتَّى دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ . قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ - رضى الله عنهما - فَصَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَفْطَرَ فَمَنْ شَاءَ صَامَ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَفْطَرَ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) journeyed during the month of Ramadan in a state of fasting till he reached 'Usfan. He then ordered a cup containing drinking water and he drank that openly so that the people might see it, and broke the fast (and did not resume it) till he reached Mecca. Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) said:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) fasted and broke the fast, so he who wished fasted and he who wished to break it broke it
Traduction en ourdou
۔ اسحاق بن ابراہیم ، جریر ، منصور ، مجاہد ، طاؤس ، حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رمضان میں ایک سفر میں تھے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے روزہ رکھا جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عسفان کے مقام پر پہنچے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک برتن منگوایا جس میں کوئی پینے کی چیز تھی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے دن کے وقت میں پیا تاکہ لوگ اسے دیکھ لیں پھر آ پ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے روزہ نہیں رکھا یہاں تک کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مکہ میں داخل ہوگئےحضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سفر کے دوران روزہ رکھابھی اور نہیں بھی رکھا تو جوچاہے سفر میں روزہ رکھ لے اور جو چاہے روزہ نہ رکھے ۔
