Hadith 2597 — Livre 13: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Un homme a eu un rapport avec sa femme pendant le Ramadan (alors qu’il jeûnait). Il a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ ce qu’il devait faire. Le Prophète ﷺ lui a dit : « Peux-tu affranchir un esclave ? » Il a répondu : Non. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Peux-tu jeûner deux mois consécutifs ? » Il a répondu : Non. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Alors nourris soixante pauvres. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَجُلاً، وَقَعَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَاسْتَفْتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ " هَلْ تَجِدُ رَقَبَةً " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " وَهَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ صِيَامَ شَهْرَيْنِ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported that a person had intercourse with his wife during Ramadan (while fasting). He asked for the religious verdict (about it) from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said:Can you find a slave (to grant him freedom)? He said: No. He (the Prophet again) said: Can you afford to observe fasts for two (consecutive) months? He said: No. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Then feed sixty poor men
Traduction en ourdou
یحییٰ بن یحییٰ ، محمد بن رمح ، لیث ، قتیبہ ، ابن شہاب ، حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن ، بن عوف ، حضرت ابوہریرۃ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے رمضان میں اپنی بیوی سے ہم بستری کرلی اور پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس مسئلہ کے بارے میں پوچھا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیاتو ایک غلام آزاد کرسکتا ہے؟اس نے عرض کیا نہیں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا تو دو مہینے کے روزے رکھ سکتا ہے ۔ اس نے عرض کیا نہیں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تو پھر تو ساٹھ مسکینوں کو کھانا کھلا دے ۔
