Hadith 2520 — Livre 13: The Book of Fasting
كتاب الصوم
Rapporté par Zuhri : (Un jour) le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a juré de ne pas aller voir ses épouses pendant un mois. Zuhri a dit que Urwa lui a rapporté d’Aïcha (qu’Allah l’agrée) qu’elle a dit : « Quand vingt-neuf nuits se sont écoulées, que j’avais comptées, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est venu chez moi (il est venu chez moi en premier). J’ai dit : “Ô Messager d’Allah, tu avais juré de ne pas venir chez nous pendant un mois, mais tu es venu après vingt-neuf jours que j’ai comptés.” Il répondit : “Le mois peut aussi avoir vingt-neuf jours.” »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَقْسَمَ أَنْ لاَ يَدْخُلَ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ شَهْرًا - قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ - فَأَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ لَمَّا مَضَتْ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ لَيْلَةً أَعُدُّهُنَّ دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَتْ بَدَأَ بِي - فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ أَقْسَمْتَ أَنْ لاَ تَدْخُلَ عَلَيْنَا شَهْرًا وَإِنَّكَ دَخَلْتَ مِنْ تِسْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ أَعُدُّهُنَّ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ الشَّهْرَ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Zuhri reported that (once) the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took an oath that he would not go to his wives for one Month. Zuhri said that 'Urwa narrated to him from 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) that she said:When twenty-nine nights were over, which I had counted, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to me (he came to me first of all). I said: Messenger of Allah, you had taken an oath that you would not come to us for a month, whereas you have come after twenty nine days which I have counted. Whereupon he said: The month may also consist of twenty-nine days
Traduction en ourdou
معمر ، حضرت زہری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قسم اٹھائی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک مہینہ تک ا پنی ازواج مطہرات کے پاس نہیں جائیں گے زہری کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے عروہ نے خبر دی کہ سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے انہوں نے فرمایا کہ جب انتیس راتیں گزر گئیں میں ان راتوں کا شمار کرتی رہی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے ہاں تشریف لائے ۔ انھوں حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے کہا : ۔ ( باریوں کا ) آغاز مجھ سے فرمایا میؔت نے عرض کی اے اللہ کے رسول آپ نےقسم کھائی تھی کہ آپ ہمارے پاس ایک ماہ تک نہ آئے گے ۔ اور آپ انتیس دن کے بعد تشریف لے آئے ہیں ، میں گنتی رہی ہوں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا بیشک مہینہ انتیس دن کا بھی ہوتا ہے ۔
