كتاب الإيمان
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Lorsque j’ai été emmené lors du voyage nocturne, j’ai rencontré Moussa (paix sur lui). Le Prophète ﷺ l’a décrit ainsi : C’était un homme, je pense – et (le narrateur) avait un doute sur ce que le Prophète a dit – (Moussa) était un homme de grande taille, aux cheveux raides, comme s’il était du peuple de Shanu’a. J’ai rencontré Jésus, et le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’a décrit comme ayant une taille moyenne et un teint rouge, comme s’il venait de sortir du bain. Il a dit : J’ai vu Ibrahim (paix sur lui), et parmi ses enfants, c’est moi qui lui ressemble le plus. Il a dit : On m’a présenté deux récipients, l’un contenant du lait et l’autre du vin. On m’a dit : “Choisis celui que tu veux.” J’ai choisi le récipient de lait et je l’ai bu. Il (l’ange) a dit : “Tu as été guidé vers la nature saine (al-fitra), ou tu as atteint al-fitra. Si tu avais choisi le vin, ta communauté se serait égarée.” »

وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، - وَتَقَارَبَا فِي اللَّفْظِ - قَالَ ابْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَقَالَ عَبْدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " حِينَ أُسْرِيَ بِي لَقِيتُ مُوسَى - عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ - " . فَنَعَتَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَإِذَا رَجُلٌ - حَسِبْتُهُ قَالَ - مُضْطَرِبٌ رَجِلُ الرَّأْسِ كَأَنَّهُ مِنْ رِجَالِ شَنُوءَةَ - قَالَ - وَلَقِيتُ عِيسَى " . فَنَعَتَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَإِذَا رَبْعَةٌ أَحْمَرُ كَأَنَّمَا خَرَجَ مِنْ دِيمَاسٍ " . - يَعْنِي حَمَّامًا - قَالَ " وَرَأَيْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ - صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ - وَأَنَا أَشْبَهُ وَلَدِهِ بِهِ - قَالَ - فَأُتِيتُ بِإِنَاءَيْنِ فِي أَحَدِهِمَا لَبَنٌ وَفِي الآخَرِ خَمْرٌ فَقِيلَ لِي خُذْ أَيَّهُمَا شِئْتَ . فَأَخَذْتُ اللَّبَنَ فَشَرِبْتُهُ . فَقَالَ هُدِيتَ الْفِطْرَةَ أَوْ أَصَبْتَ الْفِطْرَةَ أَمَا إِنَّكَ لَوْ أَخَذْتَ الْخَمْرَ غَوَتْ أُمَّتُكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:When I was taken for the night journey I met Moses peace be upon him). The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) gave his description thus: He was a man, I suppose-and he (the narrator) was somewhat doubtful (that the Prophet observed): (Moses) was a man erect in stature with straight hair on his head as it he was one of the men of the Shanu'a; and I met Jesus and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) described him as one having a medium stature and a red complexion as if he had (just) come out of the bath He observed: I saw Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and amongst his children I have the greatest resemblance with him. He said: There were brought to me two vessels. In one of them was milk and in the other one there was wine. And it was said to me: Select any one you like. So I selected the vessel containing milk and drank it. He (the angel) said: You have been guided on al-fitra or you have attained al-fitra. Had you selected wine, your Ummah would have been misled
Traduction en ourdou
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، کا : نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’جب مجھے اسراء کروایا گیا تو میں موسیٰ علیہ السلام سے ملا ( آپ نےان کا حلیہ بیان کیا : میرا خیال ہے آپ نے فرمایا : ) وہ ایک مضطرب ( کچھ لمبے اور پھر پتلے ) مرد ہیں ، لٹکتے بالوں والے ، جیسے وہ قبیلہ شنوءہ کے مردوں میں سے ہوں ( اور آپ نے فرمایا : ) میری ملاقات عیسیٰ علیہ السلام سے ہوئی ( آپﷺ نے ان کا حلیہ بیان فرمایا : ) وہ میانہ قامت ، سرخ رنگ کے تھے گویا ابھی دیماس ( یعنی حمام ) سے نکلے ہیں ۔ اور فرمایا : میں ابراہیم علیہ السلام سے ملا ، ان کی اولاد میں سے میں ان کے ساتھ سب سے زیادہ مشابہ ہوں ( آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا ) میرے پاس دو برتن لائے گئے ، ایک میں دودھ اور دوسرے میں شراب تھی ، مجھ سے کہا گیا : ان میں سے جو چاہیں لے لیں ۔ میں نے دودھ لیا اور اسے پی لیا ، ( جبریل علیہ السلام نے ) کہا کہ آپ کو فطرت کی راہ پر چلایا گیا ہے ( یا آپ نے فطرت کو پا لیا ہے ) اگر آپ شراب پی لیتے تو آپ کی امت راستے سے ہٹ جاتی ۔ ‘ ‘
