كتاب الإيمان
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il y a trois personnes avec qui Allah ne parlera pas le Jour de la Résurrection, Il ne les regardera pas, et ils auront un châtiment douloureux : celui qui jure faussement sur les biens d’un musulman dans l’après-midi puis rompt son serment. » Le reste du hadith est identique à celui rapporté par A’mash

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - قَالَ أُرَاهُ مَرْفُوعًا - قَالَ " ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بَعْدَ صَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى مَالِ مُسْلِمٍ فَاقْتَطَعَهُ " . وَبَاقِي حَدِيثِهِ نَحْوُ حَدِيثِ الأَعْمَشِ .
Traduction anglaise
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that he (the Messenger of Allah) observed:Three are the persons with whom Allah would neither speak (on the Day of Resurrection) nor would He look at them, and there would be a painful chastisement for them, a person who took an oath on the goods of a Muslim in the afternoon and then broke it. The rest of the hadith is the same as narrated by A'mash

عمرو نے ابو صالح سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ( انہوں ( ابو صالح ) نے کہا : میرا خیال ہے کہ انہوں ( ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے یہ حدیث رسول اللہ ﷺ سے مرفوعاً روایت کی ) آپ نے فرمایا : ’’تین ( قسم کے لوگ ) ہیں جن سے اللہ بات کرےگا نہ ان کی طرف دیکھے گا اور ان کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے ، ایک آدمی جس نے عصر کے بعد مسلمان کے مال کے لیے قسم اٹھائی اور اس کا حق مار لیا ۔ ‘ ‘ حدیث کاباقی حصہ اعمش کی حدیث جیسا ہے ۔
