Hadith 266 — Livre 1: The Book of Faith
كتاب الإيمان
Rapporté par ‘Abdullah b. Mas‘ud : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « N’entrera pas en Enfer celui qui a dans son cœur ne serait-ce qu’un grain de moutarde de foi, et n’entrera pas au Paradis celui qui a dans son cœur ne serait-ce qu’un grain de moutarde d’orgueil. »

حَدَّثَنَا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ التَّمِيمِيُّ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ، - قَالَ مِنْجَابٌ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، - عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ أَحَدٌ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةِ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ إِيمَانٍ وَلاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ أَحَدٌ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةِ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ كِبْرِيَاءَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah b. Mas'ud that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed:None shall enter the Fire (of Hell) who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of Iman and none shall enter Paradise who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride

اعمش نے ابراہیم نخعی سے سابقہ سند کے ساتھ روایت کی کہ حضرت عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ کوئی انسان جس کے دل میں رائی کے دانے کے برابر میں ایمان ہے ، آگ میں داخل نہ ہو گا اور کوئی انسان جس کے دل میں رائی کے دانے کے برابر تکبر ہے ، جنت میں داخل نہ ہو گا ۔ ‘ ‘
