Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Il a entendu le Prophète ﷺ dire : « Le musulman est celui dont les autres musulmans sont à l’abri de la main et de la langue. »

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ، - قَالَ عَبْدٌ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، - عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that he heard the (Holy Prophet) say:A Muslim is he from whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا : ’’ مسلمان وہ ہے جس کی زبان اور ہاتھ سے دوسرے مسلمان محفوظ رہیں
