Hadith 7514 — Livre 97: Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)
كتاب التوحيد
Rapporté par Safwan bin Muhriz : Un homme demanda à Ibn `Umar : « Qu’as-tu entendu du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) à propos d’An-Najwa ? » Il répondit : « Chacun de vous s’approchera de son Seigneur, qui le cachera des autres et lui dira : “As-tu fait telle ou telle chose ?” Il répondra : “Oui.” Puis Allah dira : “As-tu fait telle ou telle chose ?” Il répondra : “Oui.” Ainsi Allah l’interrogera et lui fera avouer, puis Allah dira : “J’ai caché tes péchés dans le monde et aujourd’hui Je te les pardonne.” »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَيْفَ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ فِي النَّجْوَى قَالَ " يَدْنُو أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّهِ حَتَّى يَضَعَ كَنَفَهُ عَلَيْهِ فَيَقُولُ أَعَمِلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَيَقُولُ نَعَمْ. وَيَقُولُ عَمِلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَيَقُولُ نَعَمْ. فَيُقَرِّرُهُ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ إِنِّي سَتَرْتُ عَلَيْكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وَأَنَا أَغْفِرُهَا لَكَ الْيَوْمَ ". وَقَالَ آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Safwan bin Muhriz:A man asked Ibn `Umar, "What have you heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) regarding An-Najwa?" He said, "Everyone of you will come close to His Lord Who will screen him from the people and say to him, 'Did you do so-and-so?' He will reply, 'Yes.' Then Allah will say, 'Did you do so-and-so?' He will reply, 'Yes.' So Allah will question him and make him confess, and then Allah will say, 'I screened your sins in the world and forgive them for you today

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ابوعوانہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے صفوان بن محرز نے بیان کیا کہ ایک شخص نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا: سرگوشی کے بارے میں آپ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کس طرح سنا ہے؟ انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنے رب کے قریب جائے گا یہاں تک کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنا پردہ اس پر ڈال دے گا اور کہے گا تو نے یہ یہ عمل کیا تھا؟ بندہ کہے گا کہ ہاں۔ چنانچہ وہ اس کا اقرار کرے گا۔ پھر اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا کہ میں نے دنیا میں تیرے گناہ پر پردہ ڈالا تھا اور آج بھی تجھے معاف کرتا ہوں۔
