Hadith 7468 — Livre 97: Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)
كتاب التوحيد
Rapporté par 'Ubada bin As-Samit : Moi et un groupe de personnes avons donné notre serment d’allégeance au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). Il a dit : « Je prends votre engagement à condition que vous : (1) n’associerez rien à Allah dans l’adoration, (2) ne volerez pas, (3) ne commettrez pas d’adultère, (4) ne tuerez pas vos enfants, (5) ne calomnierez pas, (6) et ne me désobéirez pas lorsque je vous ordonne de faire le bien. Celui d’entre vous qui respecte son engagement, sa récompense sera auprès d’Allah. Celui qui commet l’un de ces péchés et reçoit une punition dans ce monde, cette punition sera une expiation et une purification pour lui. Mais si Allah le couvre, alors ce sera à Allah de le punir s’Il le veut, ou de lui pardonner s’Il le veut. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْمُسْنَدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَهْطٍ فَقَالَ " أُبَايِعُكُمْ عَلَى أَنْ لاَ تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا، وَلاَ تَسْرِقُوا، وَلاَ تَزْنُوا، وَلاَ تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلاَدَكُمْ، وَلاَ تَأْتُوا بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ وَلاَ تَعْصُونِي فِي مَعْرُوفٍ، فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَأُخِذَ بِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَهْوَ لَهُ كَفَّارَةٌ وَطَهُورٌ، وَمَنْ سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ فَذَلِكَ إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ ".

Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:I, along with a group of people, gave the pledge of allegiance to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). He said, "I take your Pledge on the condition that you (1) will not join partners in worship with Allah, (2) will not steal, (3) will not commit illegal sexual intercourse, (4) will not kill your offspring, (5) will not slander, (6) and will not disobey me when I order you to do good. Whoever among you will abide by his pledge, his reward will be with Allah, and whoever commits any of those sins and receives the punishment in this world, that punishment will be an expiation for his sins and purification; but if Allah screens him, then it will be up to Allah to punish him if He will or excuse Him, if He will

ہم سے عبداللہ المسندی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ہشام بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو معمر نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، انہیں ابوادریس نے اور ان سے عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ایک جماعت کے ساتھ بیعت کی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میں تم سے اس بات پر بیعت لیتا ہوں کہ تم اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھہراؤ گے، اسراف نہیں کرو گے، زنا نہیں کرو گے، اپنی اولاد کو قتل نہیں کرو گے اور من گھڑت بہتان کسی پر نہیں لگاؤ گے اور نیک کاموں میں میری نافرمانی نہیں کرو گے۔ پس تم میں سے جو کوئی اس عہد کو پورا کرے گا اس کا اجر اللہ پر ہے اور جس نے کہیں لغزش کی اور اسے دنیا میں ہی پکڑ لیا گیا تو یہ حد اس کے لیے کفارہ اور پاکی بن جائے گی اور جس کی اللہ نے پردہ پوشی کی تو پھر اللہ پر ہے جسے چاہے عذاب دے اور جسے چاہے اس کا گناہ بخش دے۔
