كتاب الاعتصام بالكتاب والسنة
Rapporté par `Abdullah Al Muzam : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Faites une prière (surérogatoire) avant la prière du Maghrib. » (Il l’a répété trois fois) et la troisième fois, il a dit : « Celui qui veut la faire peut le faire, » pour que les gens ne la considèrent pas comme une Sunna obligatoire

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " صَلُّوا قَبْلَ صَلاَةِ الْمَغْرِبِ ـ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ ـ لِمَنْ شَاءَ ". كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَهَا النَّاسُ سُنَّةً.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah Al Muzam:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Perform (an optional) prayer before Maghrib prayer." (He repeated it thrice) and the third time he said, "Whoever wants to offer it can do so," lest the people should take it as a Sunna (tradition). (See Hadith No. 277, Vol)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابومعمر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالوارث بن سعید نے بیان کیا، ان سے حسین بن ذکوان معلم نے، ان سے عبیداللہ بن بریدہ نے، کہا مجھ سے عبداللہ بن مغفل مزنی نے بیان کیا اور ان سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ مغرب کی نماز سے پہلے بھی نماز پڑھو اور تیسری مرتبہ میں فرمایا کہ جس کا جی چاہے کیونکہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پسند نہیں کرتے تھے کہ اسے لوگ لازمی سنت بنا لیں۔
