Hadith 7288 — Livre 96: Holding Fast to the Qur'an and Sunnah
كتاب الاعتصام بالكتاب والسنة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Laissez-moi comme je vous laisse, car les gens avant vous ont été perdus à cause de leurs questions et de leurs divergences au sujet de leurs prophètes. Donc, si je vous interdis quelque chose, évitez-le. Et si je vous ordonne de faire quelque chose, faites-en autant que vous pouvez. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " دَعُونِي مَا تَرَكْتُكُمْ، إِنَّمَا هَلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ بِسُؤَالِهِمْ وَاخْتِلاَفِهِمْ عَلَى أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ، فَإِذَا نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ شَىْءٍ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ، وَإِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِأَمْرٍ فَأْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Leave me as I leave you, for the people who were before you were ruined because of their questions and their differences over their prophets. So, if I forbid you to do something, then keep away from it. And if I order you to do something, then do of it as much as you can
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوالزناد نے، ان سے اعرج نے، ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جب تک میں تم سے یکسو رہوں تم بھی مجھے چھوڑ دو ( اور سوالات وغیرہ نہ کرو ) کیونکہ تم سے پہلے کی امتیں اپنے ( غیر ضروری ) سوال اور انبیاء کے سامنے اختلاف کی وجہ سے تباہ ہو گئیں۔ پس جب میں تمہیں کسی چیز سے روکوں تو تم بھی اس سے پرہیز کرو اور جب میں تمہیں کسی بات کا حکم دوں تو بجا لاؤ جس حد تک تم میں طاقت ہو۔“
